Mail Services Chargeback

Mail Services requires that all departments utilize the Postage Charge Slip for 麻豆原创-approved outbound mail. All fields on the form must be completed, including date, contact name, and appropriate department information for chargeback, including fund, cost center, and, where appropriate, program, gift, grant, and / or project code. 聽These charges will be posted against your budget monthly.
