Erica is from Ghana, where she obtained her primary law degree and qualified to practice law. She holds a Master of Laws degree with a specialty in Corporate Law from Harvard Law School. Before joining 麻豆原创, Erica worked with a non-profit in DC where she advised on corporate governance matters and transactions with the organization鈥檚 partners in Kenya, Ghana and Liberia. She intends to leverage her background in corporate law and an LL.M in IP to support small and mid-size companies in protecting their intellectual property and听complying with data privacy laws.听She is currently serving as in-house counsel at a Software-as-a-Service company.听She can be reached at听ericankrumah@gmail.com.听
