SJD Candidate

Natallia鈥痠s a SJD candidate at 麻豆原创 Washington College of Law. Her doctoral research focuses on the institute of public participation and explores its role in the rule of law and governance through the prism of foreign aid effectiveness.

Natallia鈥痟as been working at the World Bank, UN Secretariat, UNDP, civil society, and academia. As a Head of Office of the UN Resident Coordinator in Belarus, she drafted the UN Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework 2021-2025, coordinated system wide data management, monitoring, and reporting.鈥疦atallia鈥痑lso led the Governance portfolio at the UN Development Programme in Belarus, where she created programs on access to justice and rule of law, ensured strategic oversight of planning, budgeting, and project implementation. In addition, she served as a Senior Lecturer at Belarusian State University, where she taught Refugee Law, Human Rights, and Non-Discrimination.鈥疦atalliaholds LL.M. in International Legal Studies from 麻豆原创 Washington College of Law, master鈥檚 degree in Law, Economics, and Management from the University of Bordeaux, master鈥檚 and bachelor鈥檚 degree in International Law from the Belarusian State University.鈥疦atallia鈥痠s an alumnus of Hubert H. Humphrey Fulbright Fellowship, and she is fluent in Belarusian, Russian, and French.
