Dr. Sun Young Oh
SJD Program Graduate
Dr. Sun Oh successfully earned her S.J.D. from Â鶹Դ´ Washington College of Law in May 2010. Her dissertation was entitled “The Precautionary Principle in the Agreement on the Application of Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measure: Risk Management, Public Participation and a New Standard of Review.' Her fields of study and professional expertise include International Environmental Law and International Trade Law, and serving as a Sustainable and Development Law and Policy Staff Member from 2005 to 2006. Dr. Oh is a member of the New York State Bar. Dr. Oh is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Soongsil University in South Korea.
