Registration is now open for 1-credit courses offered through the 麻豆原创 High School Summer Scholars program! Rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors with a minimum 3.0 GPA (B Average) are eligible to apply.聽Students should select the course that best suits their interests. Because the nature of instruction is asynchronous and there are no live sessions, it is possible to enroll in more than one course;聽however, to enroll in more than one course students must first obtain program permission by emailing聽聽hsss@american.edu.听听

Before applying, students should understand that each course will require a minimum of聽five聽hours per week, inclusive of watching pre-recorded lectures and assigned videos, participation in online discussion boards, and completing course readings and written assignments.聽

Each one credit hour course is $965, a significant discount from the standard tuition rate. Upon successful completion of聽your聽course you will receive 1 credit hour of college credit.

Registration for courses is subject to space availability and confirmation of eligibility.

If you need to change your schedule for any reason, please聽email聽hsss@american.edu. Failure to participate in the course or pay your invoice does not automatically withdraw you from course. Your tuition will be refunded based on the聽Refund Schedule for Classes.
