Greetings Finance Division Colleagues,

We are writing to ask for your support with new and returning student move-in. During this time of year, the One Card Office can use extra support to help our newest Eagles transition to Â鶹ԭ´´. Every new student as well as new faculty and staff member will need to visit the One Card Office during Welcome Week, and the office will need volunteers to help wrangle lines, check IDs, distribute One Cards, direct lost parents, explain steps for trouble shooting common issues, and welcome our new Â鶹ԭ´´ families.

Volunteers are needed from August 19 to August 23 for four-hour shifts from either 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., or 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Weekend shifts are also available on Aug. 17 and 18 (new students move-in) and Aug. 24 and 25 (returning students move-in).

All you need is a smile, knowledge of Â鶹ԭ´´, and a good command of the alphabet (our lines are set up in alphabetical order). We will provide all the training you will need. As a thank you for your support, you will receive a coupon to visit the new Terrace Dining Room (TDR) for a free meal.
